Returns Policy

You have 14 days to return your items. After the 14 days have passed, we cannot accept any returns. 

 

To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must not be worn or washed and should be in the same condition that you received them in. 

 

To reduce the chance of your item(s) getting dirty we recommend you try your products on inside and pack back up straight away if you need a return. 

 

Please be aware that if you need to make a return you will be responsible for paying shipping costs. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

 

Return Process

To start a return please email hameshound@aol.com with your order number, name and number of product(s) you are returning and reason(s). Providing this information will help us speed up your return. 

 

We recommend you get a tracking number or receipt when returning items. Please keep this until you have been issued your refund. We will not accept responsibility for lost items. 

 

Refund

When we receive your return we will email you to notify you that your return has been accepted or declined.

 

If your return is accepted we will begin the refund process. Credit will automatically go back to your original method of payment (not including original shipping cost). The refund should take 7-10 working days. Please note, these times are an estimate. The time taken for the refund to go through is dependant on your financial institution. 

 

If you haven’t yet receive your refund around 7-10 days after please check the following:

1.  Double check your bank account

2.  Check the date we sent you an email accepting your return (it will be 7-10 days from then)
